1.4 By registering a Player Account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the 1ph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described herein, you should not register an account or use the Platform.
2.1 Registration Data. When you create a 1ph Player Account, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and a chosen password (stored in hashed form only). This information is required to establish your account and comply with PAGCOR registration requirements.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data. To comply with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) law, we collect identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal. This includes copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, PRC ID, or UMID), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.
2.3 Financial Data. 3.1 Directly from You. The majority of personal data we hold is provided directly by you during registration, KYC submission, payment processing, or when you contact 1ph support. This includes all data described in Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 2.6.

When you access the 1ph Platform, our servers and analytics systems automatically collect technical and device data (Section 2.5) and gaming activity data (Section 2.4) as part of normal platform operation. 5.1 Account Management. To create and maintain your Player Account, verify your identity, authenticate your login sessions, and manage your account preferences and settings.
5.2 Transaction Processing. To process deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and all financial transactions associated with your account. Transaction records are maintained in compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR requirements.
5.3 Regulatory Compliance. To fulfill 1ph's obligations under PAGCOR authorization, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act, and any other applicable Philippine law or regulation. 5.5 Responsible Gaming. To monitor gaming behavior for indicators of problem gambling, to administer responsible gaming tools you have activated, and to enforce self-exclusion measures in compliance with PAGCOR's player protection framework.
5.6 Customer Support. To respond to your support inquiries, resolve disputes, investigate complaints, and maintain quality assurance records of our support interactions.
5.7 Platform Improvement. To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve platform performance, fix technical issues, develop new features, and optimize the gaming experience for Filipino players.
5.8 Marketing Communications. To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates, where you have provided consent or where permitted under applicable law. See Section 12 for opt-out information.
6.1 1ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not disclose your personal information to any third party for their own commercial or marketing purposes. Your data is shared only in the limited circumstances described in this Section.
6.2 Payment Service Providers. We share necessary transaction data with our payment processing partners — including GCash (GXI), Maya (PayMaya Philippines), GrabPay, BancNet, and applicable banks — solely to process your deposits and withdrawals. These partners are required to handle your data in compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and applicable data protection law.

6.7 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the 1ph business or relevant assets, personal data may be transferred to a successor entity, subject to that entity assuming equivalent data protection obligations.
7.1 Active Accounts. We retain your personal data for as long as your Player Account is active and for a period thereafter as required by law or regulation.
7.2 Closed Accounts. Following closure of your Player Account, 1ph retains your personal data for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Certain categories of data may be retained for longer periods where required by specific regulatory obligations or ongoing legal proceedings.
7.3 Transaction Records. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with AMLA and BSP record-keeping requirements.
7.4 Self-Exclusion Records. Data relating to self-exclusion activations is retained for the full duration of the exclusion period and for five (5) years thereafter to facilitate re-exclusion requests and regulatory reporting.
7.5 Deletion After Retention Period. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period and the absence of any ongoing legal obligation to retain the data, 1ph will securely delete or anonymize your personal data using industry-standard data destruction procedures.
8.1 1ph implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
8.2 Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected players, 1ph will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours and will notify affected players without undue delay, as required by the Data Privacy Act.
9.1 What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and collect usage data. 1ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including session tokens, local storage, and device fingerprinting) for the purposes described below.
9.2 Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are required for the 1ph Platform to function correctly. They maintain your login session, remember your account preferences, enable security features like fraud detection, and ensure that features such as the game lobby, deposit panel, and account settings operate correctly. 9.3 Performance and Analytics Cookies. These cookies collect aggregated, anonymized data about how visitors use the Platform — including which pages are visited most frequently, how long sessions last, and where navigation errors occur. 10.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 1ph:
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 1ph holds about you, and to receive information about how that data is processed.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. Minor corrections (e.g., contact details) can be made via Account Settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to retention obligations under PAGCOR, AMLA, and applicable law.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests in certain circumstances.
You have the right to receive a structured, commonly used copy of personal data you have provided to 1ph, in a machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe 1ph has violated your data privacy rights.
10.2 To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a written request to 1ph at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Privacy Request." Include your registered email address and account reference number. 1ph will acknowledge your request within three (3) business days and respond within fifteen (15) business days. Some requests may take longer where complex data processing review is required.
10.3 1ph will not charge a fee for handling reasonable data subject requests. However, where requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, 1ph reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request.
11.1 The 1ph Platform is strictly intended for persons aged twenty-one (21) years and older, as required by PAGCOR regulations. 1ph does not knowingly collect, use, or retain personal data of individuals under 21 years of age.
11.2 If 1ph discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the account, delete the personal data collected in connection with that account to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory retention requirements, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method.
11.3 1ph does not direct any marketing or promotional communications toward persons under 21 years of age. If you believe that a person under 21 has registered an account or provided personal information to 1ph, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
12.1 Where you have given consent or where permitted under applicable law, 1ph may send you promotional communications via email and SMS regarding bonuses, new game releases, special events, and other 1ph Platform updates.
12.2 Opt-Out. You may withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time by: (a) updating your notification preferences in the Account Settings section; (b) clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; or (c) replying STOP to any marketing SMS. Opt-out requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
12.3 Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of transactional communications, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts, KYC verification requests, and other communications necessary for the operation of your account.
13.1 The 1ph Platform may integrate with or reference third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and data handling practices, which 1ph does not control.
13.2 1ph is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other third-party services accessed through or in connection with the Platform. You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
13.3 All third parties with whom 1ph shares personal data for service delivery purposes are contractually required to handle your data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.
14.1 1ph's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including certain game platform providers and cloud infrastructure providers — may process data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
14.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 1ph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including data processing agreements that require the recipient to apply data protection standards at least equivalent to those mandated by Philippine law, or that the transfer falls within an applicable lawful transfer mechanism recognized by the National Privacy Commission.
14.3 1ph does not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without appropriate contractual safeguards in place.
15.1 1ph reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the most recent revision.
15.2 Where changes are material — such as changes to the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, or the third parties with whom it is shared — 1ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
15.3 Continued use of the 1ph Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should close your Player Account before the changes take effect.
