These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 1ph Casino platform and all related services. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any real-money wager. By creating a 1ph account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility criteria. Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including multi-account registration — results in permanent disqualification.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the 1ph Platform, registering a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any Game Rules applicable to games you play. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 1ph.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Player Account if one has been opened.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a Player Account and use any real-money gaming service on the 1ph Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method subject to verification.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 1ph Platform is operated under PAGCOR authorization and is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction at the time of access. 1ph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. You must provide your legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document. Providing false or inaccurate registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active Player Account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. 1ph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances, including any winnings derived from games played on those accounts.
3.5 KYC Verification. 1ph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 1ph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your 1ph account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 1ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization. 1ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
4.3 Account Ownership. Player Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
4.4 Account Information Updates. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information and registered payment details remain current and accurate. 1ph is not responsible for failed communications or payment processing errors resulting from outdated account information.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status; these limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the 1ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). Deposits made in a different currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing; 1ph is not responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your 1ph account are your own funds, derived from lawful sources, and are not connected to any criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering. 1ph complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence where circumstances warrant.
5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are generally processed in real time. Bank transfer and over-the-counter deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. 1ph is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment account, you must contact 1ph support at [email protected] with relevant transaction evidence. 1ph will investigate and resolve disputed transactions within five (5) business days.
6.1 KYC Prerequisite. A valid, verified KYC submission is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Submitting incomplete or fraudulent verification documents is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts are subject to daily and monthly withdrawal limits as displayed in the account dashboard. Higher limits are available to players at Gold tier and above within the 1ph VIP loyalty program, subject to enhanced verification requirements.
6.5 Right to Withhold. 1ph reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where it has reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, account compromise, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any such delay will be communicated to the Player within twenty-four (24) hours.
6.6 Bonus Balance. Only real-money balances derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their associated wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested while a wagering requirement remains active.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback amounts, free spin winnings, and other promotional benefits offered by 1ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and supplement this Agreement.
7.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who register a Player Account and complete their first deposit are eligible for the 1ph Welcome Bonus, subject to the specific terms communicated on the promotions page at the time of the offer. The Welcome Bonus is available to each qualifying player once only. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contributions by game type are specified in individual promotion terms. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may have reduced wagering contributions or may be excluded entirely.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. 1ph actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; registration of multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; and collusion with other players for bonus advantage. Where bonus abuse is detected, 1ph reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not used within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from your account balance. No reinstatement of expired bonuses will be made under any circumstances.
7.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 1ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued under a promotion at the time of its withdrawal.
8.1 Game Fairness. All games available on the 1ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. This certification ensures that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by 1ph or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are publicly available for all slot titles and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes per session.
8.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the integrity or outcome of a game round, 1ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's account balance. 1ph shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a malfunctioning game.
8.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. All games on the Platform are subject to minimum and maximum wager limits as displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, game variant, player account tier, and regulatory requirement.
8.4 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games are subject to specific game rules communicated within the live game interface. Players must act within the time limits displayed by the game system; failure to act within the allotted time will result in the game proceeding according to default rules as applicable to each game type.
8.5 Sports Betting Rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:
10.1 All content on the 1ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, interface design, and audio-visual elements — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and related rights. All rights are reserved by their respective owners.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 The "1ph" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of 1ph trademarks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 Commitment to Player Protection. 1ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active measures to prevent problem gambling. 11.3 Self-Exclusion. If you activate self-exclusion, 1ph will use reasonable technical measures to prevent you from accessing your account and receiving marketing communications during the exclusion period. You must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion measures by registering a new account. If you do so, any winnings accumulated during the exclusion period may be forfeited and the duplicate account will be closed.

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1ph makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1ph's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 1ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with: (a) access to or use of the Platform; (b) technical malfunction or interruption of service; (c) unauthorized access to a Player Account; or (d) any other matter related to use of the Platform.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 By 1ph. 1ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity; KYC non-compliance; prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; or at the direction of PAGCOR or a competent authority.
13.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure for cause, 1ph may withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation. If closure is confirmed as justified following investigation, any confirmed real-money balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited in their entirety.
13.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting 1ph support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
14.1 1ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may be made in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, operational changes, or to address emerging player protection issues.
14.2 Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
14.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Jurisdiction. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or their subject matter or formation. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for these purposes.
15.3 Regulatory Oversight. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 1ph is subject to the oversight and dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR for regulated online gaming operators in the Philippines. Players with unresolved complaints may escalate to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable dispute resolution procedures.
15.4 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to submit complaints to 1ph's support team at [email protected]. 1ph will acknowledge complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavor to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.
